Kermode abandons LOI for Rye Patch Silver Project in Nevada

Victoria, British Columbia - (August 18, 2022) - Kermode Resources Ltd. (TSXV:
KLM) ("KLM" or "Company") ends the non-binding letter of intent to acquire the
Rye Patch silver project in Nevada as previously announced on May 9, 2022, and
