                               Kermode's option for Vidette Lake expires

Victoria, British Columbia - (April 27, 2022) - Kermode Resources Ltd. (TSXV: KLM)
announces the option agreement for the Vidette Lake project has expired on its terms.

Peter Bell, CEO, "Although I was excited for the 2022 exploration program at the Mowich
claims, when I sought to establish a mutually agreeable work program with the vendor we could
not reach an agreement. I look forward to working on our newly optioned exploration project in
Newfoundland and continuing to hunt for other opportunities."
