The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation of a purchase agreement dated May 26, 2025, between an arm's-length party and Kenorland Minerals Ltd. Pursuant to the agreement, the company has the option to acquire a 100-per-cent interest in and to the mineral claims forming the Atlantic project, located in New Brunswick, Canada.

As consideration, the company has agreed to issue 118,425 common shares at closing.

In addition, the vendor will be granted a 0.5-per-cent net smelter return royalty on the claims acquired.
