KESTREL GRANTS OPTIONS TO ITS DIRECTORS AND OFFICER
Kestrel Gold Inc. has granted to its directors and officer options to purchase in the aggregate four million common shares at an exercise price of 6.5 cents per share, which options will expire on Sept. 15, 2030.
