The Globe and Mail reports in its Thursday, March 7, edition that Citi analyst Spiro Dounis is not letting go of his "buy" call on Keyera. The Globe's David Leeder writes in the Eye On Equities column that Mr. Dounis jacked his share target ahead by $2 to $37. Analysts on average target the shares at $36.36. The Citi stockpicker notes that Keyera posted stronger-than-expected 2023 result. He says there is a chance of "stronger" dividend growth. Mr. Dounis says in a note: "Keyera trades at a discount to historical levels despite an imminent FCF inflection. We expect above-average EBITDA growth. Importantly, capital deployed over the last several years underwrites this organic growth with limited spending from here to achieve growth targets. Accordingly, we expect Keyera to generate excess FCF that can be used to repurchase shares, increase its dividend at an accelerated rate, or reinvest in growth -- a stark contrast from several years of a cash flow deficit." The Globe reported on Oct. 6 that Mr. Dounis rated Keyera "buy" in new coverage. Keyera was then trading at $31.05.
