KEYERA ANNOUNCES FIRST QUARTER 2024 DIVIDEND

Keyera Corp. today declared a quarterly cash dividend of 50 cents per common share for the first quarter of 2024. The dividend will be payable on March 28, 2024, to shareholders of record on March 15, 2024. The ex dividend date is March 14, 2024. This dividend is an eligible dividend for the purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada). For non-resident shareholders, Keyera's dividends are subject to Canadian withholding tax.
