KEYERA CORP. ANNOUNCES $250 MILLION PUBLIC NOTE OFFERING
Keyera Corp. has agreed to issue $250-million of 30-year senior unsecured medium-term notes. The notes will have a fixed coupon of 5.663 per cent per annum, paid semi-annually, and a maturity date of Jan. 4, 2054.
The offering of the notes is expected to close on Jan. 4, 2024, and the net proceeds will be used to refinance short-term indebtedness under Keyera's credit facility and for general corporate purposes.
The notes are being offered through a syndicate of dealers co-led by CIBC Capital Markets and RBC Capital Markets under Keyera's short form base shelf prospectus dated Dec. 12, 2023, as supplemented by a prospectus supplement dated Dec. 14, 2023, and a pricing supplement dated Jan. 2, 2024.
