KEYERA ANNOUNCES FOURTH QUARTER 2023 DIVIDEND

Keyera Corp. has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 50 cents per common share for the fourth quarter of 2023. The dividend will be payable on Dec. 29, 2023, to shareholders of record on Dec. 15, 2023. The ex dividend date is Dec. 14, 2023. This dividend is an eligible dividend for the purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada). For non-resident shareholders, Keyera's dividends are subject to Canadian withholding tax.
