KESSELRUN RESOURCES COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF ADDITIONAL CLAIMS FOR ITS BLUFFPOINT PROJECT

Kesselrun Resources Ltd. has completed the acquisition of a 100-per-cent interest to four mineral claims adjacent to the Bluffpoint gold project located in Northwestern Ontario from two arm's-length parties.

As consideration, the company paid to the vendors a total of $6,000 in cash and issued 400,000 common shares at closing. In addition, the vendors were given a 1-per-cent royalty with a $500,000 buydown option to eliminate the 0.5-per-cent royalty. The common shares issued are subject to a statutory hold period expiring four months and a day from the date of issue.
