Vancouver, British Columbia   January 10, 2020   Juggernaut Exploration Ltd. (TSX-V: JUGR) (OTCQB:
JUGRF) (FSE: 4JE) (the "Company" or "Juggernaut") announces that, after receiving shareholder approval
at its annual meeting held December 20, 2019 and subject to all regulatory approvals, it has granted
1,000,000 incentive stock options to certain officer and directors of the company. All options issued
pursuant to this grant shall vest immediately, have a term of 5 years, and be exercisable at $0.22.
