ISOENERGY ANNOUNCES RESULTS FOLLOWING ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

IsoEnergy Ltd. shareholders approved all matters brought before the annual general meeting of shareholders, held virtually today, as outlined in the management information circular of the company dated May 9, 2025, prepared in connection with the meeting.

A total of 30,745,294 common shares of the company, representing 63.95 per cent of the issued and outstanding shares of the company as at the record date, were represented in person or by proxy at the meeting.

Election of directors

Each of the six nominees listed in the circular was elected to hold office until the next annual meeting of shareholders, or until his successor is duly elected or appointed. The proxies are detailed in an attached table.

Appointment of auditor

KPMG LLP was reappointed as the auditor of the company until the close of the next annual meeting of shareholders at a remuneration to be fixed by the board of directors of the company. The proxies are detailed in an attached table.
