The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 26,978 shares at a price of $2.78 (U.S.) per share to settle outstanding debt for $74,998.84 (U.S.).
Number of creditors: one creditor
The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued and the debt extinguished.
