The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 34,722 shares at a price of $2.16 (U.S.) per share to settle outstanding debt for $74,999.52 (U.S.).

The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued and the debt extinguished.
