The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension of the expiry date of the following warrants.

Original expiry date of warrants:  Jan. 24, 2026

New expiry date of warrants:  April 24, 2026

Original exercise price of warrants:  45 cents

Number of warrants:  9,499,999

Original expiry date of warrants:  Jan. 5, 2026

New expiry date of warrants:  April 5, 2026

Original exercise price of warrants:  45 cents

These warrants were issued in two tranches pursuant to a private placement of 17,188,235 common shares with 17,188,235 share purchase warrants and 2,223,529 special warrants. Each special warrant consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Jan. 31, 2024. Out of 19,411,764 warrants, 365,000 warrants have been exercised thereof.
