IMPERIAL DECLARES FOURTH QUARTER 2023 DIVIDEND

Imperial Oil Ltd. has declared a quarterly dividend of 50 cents per share on the outstanding common shares of the company, payable on Jan. 1, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 1, 2023.

This fourth quarter 2023 dividend compares with the third quarter 2023 dividend of 50 cents per share.
