IMAFLEX ANNOUNCES CYBER SECURITY INCIDENT

Imaflex Inc.'s operations have been affected by a cybersecurity incident on certain of the corporation's systems.

Imaflex immediately took steps to contain and mitigate any potential impact on the corporation's data and operations. The corporation has launched a comprehensive investigation to fully ascertain the source and the extent of the incident and is working closely with third party cybersecurity experts to support these efforts in accordance with industry best practices. Although Imaflex's operations have been impacted, it continues to manufacture, ship and perform back-office functions consistent with business requirements, albeit with some temporary workarounds.
