IA CLARINGTON INVESTMENTS ANNOUNCES NOVEMBER 2025 DISTRIBUTIONS FOR ACTIVE ETF SERIES

IA Clarington Investments Inc. has declared the November, 2025, distributions for its active ETF (exchange-traded fund) series. Unitholders of record as of Nov. 28, 2025, will receive cash distributions payable on Dec. 9, 2025.

Per-unit distributions are detailed in the attached table.
