An on-demand recorded webcast of management commentary that reviews the Q3 2025 financial results, provides an update on the business, and addresses analysts' and investors' recent frequently asked questions will be available on Monday, Nov. 10, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. ET. • Conda -- a vertically integrated phosphate fertilizer business located in Idaho, with production capacity as follows: approximately 550,000 tonnes (t) per year of monoammonium phosphate (MAP), MAP with micronutrients (MAP plus), superphosphoric acid (SPA), merchant-grade phosphoric acid (MGA) and ammonium polyphosphate (APP); and approximately 27,000 t per year of hydrofluorosilicic acid (HFSA);
