INTACT FINANCIAL CORPORATION ANNOUNCES THE RESULTS OF THE VOTES CONDUCTED AT ITS 2023 ANNUAL AND SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Intact Financial Corp. has released the results of the votes conducted at its 2023 annual and special meeting of shareholders held virtually on May 11, 2023, by live video webcast.

1. Election of directors

The nominees listed in its management proxy circular dated March 31, 2023, were elected as directors of Intact Financial. The detailed results of the vote are set out in an attached table.

2. Appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as auditor

Ernst & Young was appointed as auditor of Intact Financial. The detailed results of the vote are set out in an attached table.
