THREED CAPITAL INC. AMENDS INVESTOR RELATIONS AGREEMENT

ThreeD Capital Inc. has amended the terms of its service agreement with PHK Investments LLC, originally announced in the press release dated Jan. 5, 2024.

Pursuant to the amended agreement, ThreeD has the option to pay up to 5,000 pounds sterling in monthly ad spend, which includes the use of third party social media influencers. All other terms and conditions of the agreement remain unchanged.
