THREED CAPITAL INC. RELEASES RESULTS FOR THE THREE AND NINE MONTHS ENDED MARCH 31, 2023

ThreeD Capital Inc. has released its unaudited results as at and for the three and nine months ended March 31, 2023.

As at March 31, 2023, the company had cash, investments and digital assets of $37.5-million.

As at March 31, 2023, net asset value per share was 78 cents as compared with $1.06 as at June 30, 2022.

Sheldon Inwentash, chairman and chief executive officer of ThreeD, stated: "During the past nine months, the company has maintained a net realized gain on the disposal of investments, while operating in unfavourable market conditions. As high inflation and interest rates continue to contribute to volatile market conditions, ThreeD's approach to harnessing strategic relationships, that lead to opportunistic investments, will enable the company to navigate through a challenging environment and maximize value on its investments.
