I-80 GOLD PUBLISHES ITS 2025 SUSTAINABILITY REPORT

i-80 Gold Corp. released of its 2025 sustainability report and data book, which highlight the company's key achievements in community partnerships, environmental stewardship and governance, and reports on continued progress in expanding its sustainability strategy.

"In 2025, i-80 Gold made significant progress toward our vision of becoming a mid-tier gold producer in Nevada, not only in advancing our development plan and recapitalizing the business, but also in building the team, culture and systems required to execute responsibly and at scale," stated Richard Young, president and chief executive officer. "Strong sustainability performance is fundamental to our long-term success and guides how we hire, how we make decisions, how we operate, and how we measure performance across our employees and business. Over the past year, we have refreshed our sustainability strategy and began embedding it into our systems, processes and day-to-day operations. Sustainability is not a stand-alone initiative; it is the foundation for how we engage with our employees, community, contractors, consultants, regulators and other stakeholders who are integral to our business."

2025 sustainability report highlights:

• Refreshed the company's mission, vision and values through employee consultation and integrated those values into the performance management system to strengthen company culture, align the organization around a clear set of values and support the goal of becoming an employer of choice;
• Refreshed the company's sustainability strategy with a clearer framework for defining focus areas, setting priorities and tracking progress, as well as further integrating and scaling sustainability efforts across day-to-day activities and continued growth plans;
• Introduced a new environment, sustainability and governance policy that defines the company's approach to responsible mining throughout the full mine-life cycle, guided by the International Council on Mining and Metals (ICMM) and the World Gold Council's Responsible Gold Mining Principles (RGMPs);
• Recognized as a recipient of a 2025 Nevada Mining Association Operator Safety Award in the Small Surface Operations category for the Ruby Hill mine;
• Zero reportable water-related incidents;
• 64 per cent of local procurement spending was directed to Nevada-based suppliers, demonstrating a commitment to local sourcing;
• One-third of management positions were held by women;
• Approximately $140,000 invested in communities across northern Nevada through the Grants for Good program supporting local non-profit organizations, scholarships for local students, and sponsorship of community events and initiatives;
• Jointly financed STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) education through partnerships with the Nevada Mining Association's Community Connections Committee, including a mobile STEM van reaching approximately 1,900 rural students;
• 2,852 community volunteer hours by employees, reinforcing the company's commitment to being a good neighbour in the communities where it operates.

The report was guided by internationally recognized reporting standards and frameworks with reference to the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and in alignment with the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board's (SASB) Metals & Mining Sustainability Accounting Standard.
