The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that i-80 Gold Corp. will list 34,849,025 common share purchase warrants for trading at the open on May 1, 2024. The warrant will trade under the symbol IAU.WT, in Canadian dollars and with Cusip No. 44955L 14 8.

According to the TSX, the listing covers warrants forming part of the 69,698,050 units to be sold to the public at $1.65 per unit, pursuant to the terms of the short form prospectus dated April 25, 2024. Each unit will consist of one common share and one-half warrant, and each whole warrant will be exercisable at $2.15 per share until 5 p.m. Toronto time on the date that is 48 months after the closing date of the offering. The warrant agent is TSX Trust Company at its principal offices in Toronto and the market-maker is Virtu ITG Corp.

The TSX has issued a separate bulletin regarding the additional listing of units of the company.
