The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that i-80 Gold Corp. will list additional common shares at the open on May 1, 2024. As stated in its short form prospectus dated April 25, 2024, the company is issuing 69,698,050 units at $1.65 per unit in a public offering. Each unit will consist of one share and one-half warrant, with each whole warrant being exercisable at $2.15 per share until 5 p.m. Toronto time on the date that is 48 months following the closing of the offering.

According to the TSX, the units will separate immediately upon the closing of the offering. The TSX has issued a separate bulletin regarding the supplemental listing of the warrants.
