The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Harvest Premium Yield Treasury ETF will list 100,000 Class U units at 5:01 p.m. on Jan. 15, 2024, for trading at the open on Jan. 16, 2024. According to the TSX, the units will trade under the symbol HPYT.U, in U.S. dollars and with Cusip No. 417922 20 0.

The TSX reports that the listing will cover Class U units to be issued at $12 (U.S.) per unit in an offering that is expected to close on Jan. 16, 2024. The transfer agent and registrar is State Street Trust Company Canada at its principal office in Toronto, and the designated market-maker is CIBC World Markets Inc. Any cash distributions on the units are expected to be made on a monthly basis.
