HAMMOND MANUFACTURING COMPANY LIMITED ANNOUNCES DEPARTURE OF CFO ON AUGUST 22, 2025

To all employees and shareholders:

The chief financial officer Mike Hobbs left Hammond Manufacturing Company Ltd. on Aug. 22, 2025. An executive search is under way to identify a permanent successor. In the interim, Alex Stirling, the executive vice-president who previously held the CFO role, will assume the responsibilities of CFO to ensure continuity in financial operations.

Hammond Manufacturing manufactures a broad range of products for the electronic and electrical product industry, including metallic and non-metallic enclosures, racks, small cases, outlet strips, surge suppressors, and electronic transformers.
