EVOLVE ESTIMATES YEAR-END SPECIAL DISTRIBUTIONS FOR HIGH INTEREST SAVINGS ACCOUNT FUND AND US HIGH INTEREST SAVINGS ACCOUNT FUND

Evolve Funds Group Inc. has estimated year-end special cash income distribution amounts per unit for certain funds for the period ending Dec. 31, 2023, as indicated in the attached table.

The ex dividend date for the special distributions for High Interest Savings Account ETF (HISA) and U.S. High Interest Savings Account Fund (HISU.U) is anticipated to be Dec. 29, 2023. Unitholders of record on Dec. 29, 2023, will receive special distribution payable on or about Jan. 8, 2024. Evolve expects to announce the final annual cash income distribution amounts on or about Dec. 29, 2023, for all Evolve funds. The actual taxable amounts of cash distributions for 2023, including the tax characteristics of the distributions, will be reported to brokers (through CDS Clearing and Depository Services Inc. or CDS) in early 2024.
