HYDROGRAPH ANNOUNCES AGM UPDATE

Further to Hydrograph Clean Power Inc.'s news release disseminated on March 18, 2024, since Stuart Jara has resigned as a director of the company and will not stand for re-election as a director at the upcoming annual general meeting of the company that will take place on April 2, 2024, the management slate of director nominees to stand for election to the board of directors at the AGM shall consist of only four directors, being David Williams, Kjirstin Breure, David Morris and Paul Cox. Similarly, the shareholder vote to set the number of directors has been amended to four directors.
