HANNAN ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

Hannan Metals Ltd. has noted that Ciara Talbot, who has served as a director of the company since October, 2017, will be resigning from her position, effective July 31, 2023. Ms. Talbot's decision to step down is a result of recent professional changes.

Michael Hudson, chairman and chief executive officer, states: "We would like to thank Ciara for her extensive contributions during her tenure as non-executive director of the company over the last six years. Her perspective and balance will be greatly missed. We wish her well in her future endeavours."
