The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the company's arm's-length option agreement to earn a 100-per-cent interest in six mineral claims in the Greenwood mining district of British Columbia, in consideration of $7,500 cash and the issuance of an aggregate of 150,000 common shares at a deemed price of 6.5 cents per share.
