GOVIEX ANNUAL STOCK OPTION GRANTS

Pursuant to its share purchase option plan, GoviEx Uranium Inc. has granted annual incentive stock options to certain directors, officers, employees and a consultant to purchase up to an aggregate of 13.38 million Class A common shares in the capital stock of GoviEx.

The stock options are exercisable at a price of 11.5 cents per share and will vest 25 per cent on the date of grant and, thereafter, 25 per cent on each anniversary of the date of grant until fully vested. The options expire on Aug. 15, 2028.
