Gear Energy Ltd. has confirmed that the October, 2022, monthly dividend of one cent per common share is to be paid on Oct. 31, 2022, to shareholders of record on Oct. 17, 2022.

The dividend is designated as an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.
