VANCOUVER, British Columbia, June 20, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Glacier Media Inc. (“Glacier” or the “Company”) reports the voting results of the Annual General Meeting of its shareholders held on June 19, 2018 in Vancouver, British Columbia.
The following six nominees were re-elected as directors of the Company by the following votes:

At the meeting, shareholders also passed a special resolution with 99.75% of shareholders voting in favour of the consolidation of the common shares of Glacier on the basis of one new share for every ten old shares. Glacier will provide shareholders with further details on the timing of the share consolidation.
In addition, shareholders also approved the advisory resolution of the Company’s approach to executive compensation with 99.67% of shareholders voting in favour and PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, Chartered Accounts was re-appointed as the auditor for the Company.
