The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Gran Tierra Energy Inc. has rolled back its shares on a one-new-for-10-old basis, effective at the open on May 8, 2023. According to the TSX, the company will continue trading under the symbol GTE. The new Cusip number is 38500T 20 0.

The TSX notes that the company will not issue any fractional common shares as a result of the consolidation. If, as a result of the consolidation, a shareholder would receive a fraction that is less than half of a common share, such fraction shall be rounded down to the next nearest whole number of share. If the fraction is at least half of a common share, such fraction shall be rounded up to the nearest whole number of shares.

The company has advised that the rollback will be effective for trading purposes on the NYSE American and the London Stock Exchange at the open on May 5, 2023.
