Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated Oct. 22, 2021, the exchange has accepted for filing an amendment to the maturity date of the following convertible debenture.

Convertible debenture:  $2-million principal amount outstanding

Original conversion price:  convertible into common shares at 34 cents of principal amount outstanding per share until maturity

Original maturity date:  June 30, 2023

Amended maturity date:  June 30, 2024

Interest rate:  5 per cent per annum

This debenture was issued pursuant to a private placement that was originally accepted for filing by the exchange effective Oct. 22, 2021.
