GATEKEEPER ANNOUNCES $820,000 IN SCHOOL BUS VIDEO UPGRADES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS CONTRACTS

Gatekeeper Systems Inc. has signed approximately $600,000 (U.S.) (approximately $820,000 (Canadian)) in school bus video and subscriptions contracts in Georgia and California.

In Georgia, an existing school district customer, who was an early subscriber to the company's video management and storage offering, is conducting a full fleet upgrade to replace existing mobile data collectors and interior video. The upgrade provides for a greater number of video devices per bus, with increased video resolution and additional video storage capacity per bus. The contract is valued at approximately $350,000 (U.S.) and the customer's existing video management and storage subscriptions will continue.

In California, an existing school district customer is conducting a video system upgrade of their internal and external video systems and will subscribe to the company's Health Check subscription service for system monitoring. The contract is valued at approximately $250,000 (U.S.) and includes the prepayment of five years of monthly recurring Health Check subscriptions.
