GATEKEEPER ANNOUNCES $741,000 SCHOOL BUS VIDEO AND SUBSCRIPTIONS CONTRACT IN FLORIDA

Gatekeeper Systems Inc. has signed a school bus video and subscriptions contract in Florida.

Under the contract, nearly 100 school buses will be equipped with video solutions and mobile data collectors and subscribe to the company's video analytics software offering. The contract is with a school district who is a new customer to the company. The contract is valued at approximately $534,000 (U.S.) (approximately $741,000 (Canadian)) and includes the prepayment of five years of monthly recurring software subscriptions.
