GATEKEEPER ANNOUNCES $1M OF FULL-FLEET SCHOOL BUS VIDEO AND SUBSCRIPTIONS CONTRACTS IN CALIFORNIA

Gatekeeper Systems Inc. has signed three full-fleet school bus video and subscription contracts in California.

The first contract is with an existing student transportation provider customer which is adding video solutions and subscriptions relating to a school district which is a new customer to the company.

The second contract is directly with a school district which is a new customer to the company for mobile data collectors, artificial intelligence dash cams, 360 surround vision and video management subscriptions for its vehicle fleet.

The third contract is directly with an existing school district customer for a full-fleet upgrade to newer video technology on its school buses.

The three contracts have an aggregate value of approximately $710,000 (U.S.)(approximately $975,000 (Canadian)), plus hosted service subscriptions on approximately 145 buses.

These three contracts exemplify our sales approach. The company also clarifies that, further to the news release dated July 23, 2025, the 6-per-cent cash commission paid to the underwriters of the company's brokered private placement equalled $690,138.
