GATEKEEPER UPDATES CEO SHAREHOLDINGS

Gatekeeper Systems Inc. has been informed that the company's chief executive officer, Doug Dyment, has entered into a marital separation settlement agreement pursuant to which 1,672,792 company shares held by him have been registered as separate property, effective May 8, 2025. Mr. Dyment will continue to exercise sole voting authority over the shares unless their ownership is subsequently changed. Consequently, Mr. Dyment now holds beneficial ownership of 8,158,000 company shares plus two million company stock options representing approximately 10.6 per cent of the company's shares on a partially diluted basis.
