GATEKEEPER ANNOUNCES CONTRACT WITH CASCADES EAST TRANSIT

Gatekeeper Systems Inc.'s wholly owned subsidiary, Gatekeeper Systems USA Inc., located in Bristol, Pa., has received a purchase contract for approximately $471,000 (U.S.) (approximately $645,000) from the operator of Cascades East Transit (CET) in central Oregon to equip 77 transit vehicles with video and data solutions.

The transit vehicles will be equipped with mobile data collectors, driver panic buttons and multiple video recording devices. The contract also includes video analytics hosted solutions and continuing maintenance.

Andrea Breault, CET's transportation director, commented: "Cascades East Transit is committed to providing safe and efficient public transportation for all transit users. Intelligent real-time video allows our operations team to improve the overall transit experience for Central Oregon residents and visitors. After a competitive review, Gatekeeper was selected for their experience, and industry-leading video and data solutions. We look forward to working further with Gatekeeper as we expand our fleet."
