GATEKEEPER PROVIDES MANAGEMENT UPDATE

Leanne Hudson has retired as vice-president of operations for Gatekeeper Systems Inc., effective June 30, 2023.

Doug Dyment, president and chief executive officer, commented: "Leanne has been a long-term employee and a solid contributor in Gatekeeper's success. She helped grow the company from its early beginnings and was promoted to VP of operations in 2020. During the past several weeks, we have transitioned Leanne's duties to new and existing employees. On behalf of all the employees at Gatekeeper, I wish her the very best in her retirement."
