Abbotsford, BC / TheNewswire / August 5, 2015 - Gatekeeper Systems Inc. ("Gatekeeper" or the "Company") (TSX.V: GSI; OTC: GKPRF) is pleased to announce that, further to its press release dated July 6, 2015, it has signed a Reseller Partner Agreement (the " Agreement") with a leading software solutions and services provider (the " Provider ") for an initial term of two (2) years with an automatic renewal for successive periods of one (1) year unless terminated at the end of the term by either party.

Under the terms of the Agreement, the Provider will, on a non-exclusive basis, provide sales and marketing assistance to identify qualified prospects and solicit and obtain orders for Gatekeeper's product licenses and services from qualified prospects. In accordance with the Agreement, the Company and the Provider will share revenues generated from sales to qualified prospects provided through the Provider's network of customers. The Company's products and services covered under the Agreement include body cameras, XVAULT(TM) Video Evidence Management System, designed as an enterprise platform software application capable of managing video from body-worn cameras and other mobile video systems, including police vehicles and aircraft, cell phones, security cameras and broadcast video, XCONNECT TM software, DOKN-GO TM software, and accessories, as well as installation and training services.

The name of the Provider has not been made public as of press time. The Company and the Provider will be issuing a joint press release in the coming days with additional details.
