(TSXV: GRB) (OTC PINK: GEBRF) ("Greenbriar" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it held its annual general meeting on June 29, 2023 (the "Annual Meeting"). The Company's shareholders approved all of the resolutions presented, being: (i) receiving the financial statements, (ii) re-electing the five incumbent directors (Jeffrey J. Ciachurski, Michael Boyd, Daniel Kunz, William Sutherland and Clifford Webb), (iii) re-appointing the incumbent auditor (Davidson & Company LLP) and (iv) approving the continuation of the Company's 10% rolling stock option plan. Each of the resolutions were approved by not less than 99% of the votes cast at the Annual Meeting. A total of 3,410,379 common shares were voted by proxy at the Annual Meeting representing 10.01% of the issued and outstanding common shares.
