POST AGM FOLLOW-UP

Greenbriar Capital Corp. held its annual general meeting on June 29, 2023. The company's shareholders approved all of the resolutions presented, being: (i) receiving the financial statements, (ii) re-electing the five incumbent directors (Jeffrey J. Ciachurski, Michael Boyd, Daniel Kunz, William Sutherland and Clifford Webb), (iii) reappointing the incumbent auditor (Davidson & Company LLP) and (iv) approving the continuation of the company's 10-per-cent rolling stock option plan. Each of the resolutions were approved by not less than 99 per cent of the votes cast at the annual meeting. A total of 3,410,379 common shares were voted by proxy at the annual meeting representing 10.01 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares.
