GOLDHAVEN ENTERS EXCLUSIVE DUE DILIGENCE AGREEMENT

Goldhaven Resources Corp. has entered into an exclusive due diligence agreement with Ameranium Resources Corp., a private company that owns 630 lode claims covering 13,008 acres (5,264 hectares) in the uranium mining jurisdiction of Utah. Pending favourable results from such due diligence review, the company will negotiate an earn-in agreement subject to regulatory approval.

Goldhaven chief executive officer Bonn Smith stated, "Goldhaven should be on every investor's radar."
