GOLDHAVEN GRANTS STOCK OPTIONS

Goldhaven Resources Corp. pursuant to the company's incentive stock option plan, has granted incentive stock options to certain directors, officers and consultants of the company to purchase up to 733,000 common shares in the capital stock of the company. The options are exercisable on or before July 14, 2028, at an exercise price of eight cents per share.
