GOLDHAVEN TO CONSOLIDATE SHARES ON A 6:1 BASIS

Goldhaven Resources Corp. plans to consolidate its common shares on a one-for-six basis, following which the issued and outstanding common shares will total approximately 12,708,247.

Management of the company believes that the proposed consolidation will position the company to gain greater access to capital given the current market conditions.
