Musk Metals Corp. has changed its name and symbol to Germanium Mining Corp. and GMC, respectively, and consolidated its issued and outstanding common shares on the basis of one postconsolidated common share for every eight preconsolidated common shares.

As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 5,118,315 common shares.

The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis and with a new name, a new symbol and a new Cusip number on June 10, 2025.

Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business on June 9, 2025. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.
