Geovic Mining Corp.'s warrants, currently trading under the symbol GMC.WT, will expire at 5 p.m. (Toronto time) on Nov. 3, 2011, and will delist from the Toronto Stock Exchange at the close on the same day, according to the TSX. One warrant entitles the holder to buy one share for $2.75.

The TSX reports that all trades completed on Oct. 31, 2011, will be for special settlement on Nov. 2, 2011. Trades completed on Nov. 1 and Nov. 2, 2011, will settle the next day in cash. Trades completed to 12 p.m. (Toronto time) on Nov. 3, 2011, will settle the same day in cash.
