The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants.

Number of warrants:  11,459,093

Current expiry date of warrants:  Nov. 6, 2024

New expiry date of warrants:  Nov. 6, 2025

Exercise price of warrants:  25 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 14,709,093 common shares with 14,709,093 common share purchase warrants attached, of which 3.25 million have been exercised. The private placement was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Nov. 20, 2020.
